July is National Minority Mental Health Month and we felt it most appropriate to donate towards the The Loveland Foundation particularly their Therapy Fund. Mental health is something that I personally relate to, and have actively and consciously been working on for many years now and still currently do. I think it’s such an important component of overall health and particularly with current events, there is even a greater need. If any of y’all have been sought out therapy....first you know it takes a ton of courage and secondly you know it doesn’t come cheap.
